Ingredients

- Avocado oil or vegetable oil (for frying)
- Seasoning of your choice (e.g., salt, paprika, garlic powder, or chili powder)
Instructions
- Cut each tortilla into 8 pieces.
- Heat up avocado oil or vegetable oil in a pan, or preheat your oven/air fryer.
- Fry the tortilla pieces until golden and crispy, or bake/air fry until they’re nicely crisped up.
- Once the chips are done, sprinkle with your seasoning of choice while they’re still hot.
- Allow chips to cool on a rack before serving.
Notes
- You can use corn or flour tortillas depending on your preference.
- For baking, set the oven to 375°F and bake for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Air frying also works well—set to 375°F for 5-6 minutes, checking halfway through.
