Instructions
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat, shiny side down.
- Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1/2-inch border at the top.
- Arrange salmon, avocado, and cucumber along the bottom edge of the rice.
- Roll tightly using the sushi mat, sealing the edge with a bit of water.
