- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5–6 pepperoncini peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the Ranch seasoning mix and Au Jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
- Add the butter on top of the seasonings and place the pepperoncini peppers around the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks and stir to combine with the buttery sauce.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
