Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups cooked potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Brown the Ground Beef:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, draining off any excess grease. -
Transfer to Crockpot:
Transfer the browned ground beef to your slow cooker. -
