Description

Tender, flavorful beef tips slow-cooked to perfection in a creamy mushroom gravy and served over egg noodles. This one-pot comfort food is perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients

  1. Stew meat: 1 lb (or 2 lbs for heartier servings)
  2. Lipton Onion Soup Mix: 1 packet
  3. Brown Gravy Mix: 1 packet
  4. Cream of Mushroom Soup: 1 can (10.5 oz)
  5. Mushrooms: 1 small can (drained)
  6. Beef Broth: 1 can (use the empty cream of mushroom can as a measure)
  7. Egg Noodles: Cooked, for serving

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crockpot: Add the stew meat, onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, and beef broth to the crockpot. Stir well to combine.
  • Cook the Beef Tips: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until the beef is tender and the flavors are fully melded.
  • Cook the Noodles: About 15 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
  • Assemble and Serve: Serve the beef tips and gravy over the cooked noodles. Garnish with parsley if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a heartier dish, increase the stew meat to 2 lbs while keeping the other measurements the same.
  • This dish pairs wonderfully with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh green salad.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
