Ingredients
- Stew meat: 1 lb (or 2 lbs for heartier servings)
- Lipton Onion Soup Mix: 1 packet
- Brown Gravy Mix: 1 packet
- Cream of Mushroom Soup: 1 can (10.5 oz)
- Mushrooms: 1 small can (drained)
- Beef Broth: 1 can (use the empty cream of mushroom can as a measure)
- Egg Noodles: Cooked, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Crockpot: Add the stew meat, onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, and beef broth to the crockpot. Stir well to combine.
- Cook the Beef Tips: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until the beef is tender and the flavors are fully melded.
- Cook the Noodles: About 15 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
- Assemble and Serve: Serve the beef tips and gravy over the cooked noodles. Garnish with parsley if desired, and enjoy!

- For a heartier dish, increase the stew meat to 2 lbs while keeping the other measurements the same.
