Ingredients

Scale
  1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  3. 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  4. 1 packet dry Italian seasoning mix
  5. 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  6. 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot. Lightly season with salt and pepper, if desired.

  • Make the Sauce:
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, Italian seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth and well-blended.

  • Pour the Sauce:
Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken breasts in the crockpot, ensuring the chicken is fully covered with the creamy mixture.

  • Cook the Chicken:
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

  • Shred the Chicken:
Once the chicken is cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken right in the crockpot. Stir the shredded chicken into the sauce for a creamy, flavorful coating.
