- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken broth, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic cloves.
- Add the diced chicken to the sauce mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to a Crock-Pot.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve over hot cooked rice and spoon extra sauce on top, if desired.
Notes

- For a thicker sauce, you can add a cornstarch slurry (1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water) during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
