- 2 green onions, diced

- ¼ tsp pepper
- 24 square wonton wrappers

- Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold and seal, forming triangles or your desired shape.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry wontons in batches until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
