Ingredients
Scale

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the garlic aioli by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
- In three separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each olive first in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the breaded olives in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with the garlic aioli dip.
Notes
- For a lighter version, bake the olives at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes instead of frying.
- Feel free to add fresh herbs like parsley or thyme to the aioli for extra flavor.
