  • 10 g baking soda

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda until a smooth batter forms.
  2. Stir in the chopped red bell pepper, green onions, onion, grated potato, and grated cheese.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and transfer the mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. Cover the pan and cook for about 6 minutes until the bottom is golden.
  5. Carefully flip the fritters and cook for an additional 3 minutes until cooked through and golden on both sides.
