- 1 slice bologna (adjust based on preference)
- 1/8 teaspoon oil
- 1 slice American cheese
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cut a slit in the bologna from the center to the edge to prevent curling.
- Place bologna in the pan and fry until browned on both sides.
- During the last minute of cooking, place the cheese slice on top of the bologna to melt.
- Spread mustard on both slices of bread.
- Place the bologna and melted cheese between the bread slices and serve hot.
