Description

This classic Fried Bologna Sandwich is a quick and nostalgic comfort food featuring crispy fried bologna, melty cheese, and tangy mustard on soft white bread.


Ingredients

  • 12 slices white bread
  • 1 slice bologna (adjust based on preference)
  • 1/8 teaspoon oil
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Cut a slit in the bologna from the center to the edge to prevent curling.
  3. Place bologna in the pan and fry until browned on both sides.
