Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup stir fry sauce
  • ¼ cup sesame ginger dressing
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken pieces in oil over medium-high heat until golden.
  2. Mix stir fry sauce, sesame ginger dressing, and brown sugar; pour over chicken.
  3. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F and fry wonton wrappers in taco shapes until golden.
  5. Fill the fried shells with chicken mixture, and top with shredded cabbage and carrots.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
