Instructions

Prep: Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).

Season: Toss cauliflower with 1 tbsp oil, salt, curry powder, and maple syrup.

Sear: Heat remaining oil in an oven-safe skillet over high heat. Add cauliflower and sear for 5 minutes until golden.

Roast: Transfer skillet to the oven. Roast for 10–15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until crispy.

Serve: Garnish with cilantro, almonds, or tahini.
