- 1 (5.2 oz) wheel of Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs or your favorite flavor)
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
For the Coating:

- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. - Prepare the Coating
Set up 3 bowls:
- Flour in one bowl.
- Beaten egg + milk in another.
- Panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and olive oil in the last.
- Bread the Boursin
Roll the Boursin cheese in the flour, coating all sides.
Dip it into the egg mixture, then roll it in the panko mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.
Repeat egg and panko for an extra crispy layer if desired. - Bake Until Crispy
Place the coated Boursin on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. - Serve & Enjoy!
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh veggies!

- For an extra golden crust, you can repeat the egg and panko coating.
