A creamy and flavorful white garlic pizza sauce made with butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and a few simple spices.

- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds before whisking in flour, pepper, salt, and oregano.
- Slowly add milk, whisking until well combined.
- Continue whisking occasionally until desired thickness is reached.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese until smooth.
- Use immediately or cover and chill until ready to use.
Notes
- This sauce is perfect for pizza, pasta, or as a dipping sauce.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, let it cook a little longer.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
