Description

A creamy and flavorful white garlic pizza sauce made with butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and a few simple spices.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds before whisking in flour, pepper, salt, and oregano.
  3. Slowly add milk, whisking until well combined.
  4. Continue whisking occasionally until desired thickness is reached.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until smooth.
  6. Use immediately or cover and chill until ready to use.

Notes

  • This sauce is perfect for pizza, pasta, or as a dipping sauce.
