- 1 cup vanilla yogurt

- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, combine the vanilla yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- To assemble, layer the sliced strawberries at the bottom of serving glasses.
- Add a generous layer of the vanilla cream mixture on top of the strawberries.
- If desired, sprinkle a layer of granola or crushed cookies for added texture.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a few extra strawberry slices.
