This Creamy Strawberry Vanilla Delight is a light, refreshing dessert that combines the sweetness of fresh strawberries with a fluffy vanilla cream mixture. It’s the perfect treat for any occasion and can be topped with crunchy granola or crushed cookies for extra texture

Ingredients

Scale
  1. 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  2. 1 cup heavy cream
  3. 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  4. 3 tbsp powdered sugar (or to taste)
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. ½ cup granola or crushed cookies (optional for layers)
  7. Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the vanilla yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  • To assemble, layer the sliced strawberries at the bottom of serving glasses.
  • Add a generous layer of the vanilla cream mixture on top of the strawberries.
  • If desired, sprinkle a layer of granola or crushed cookies for added texture.
  • Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a few extra strawberry slices.
  • Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to combine.

  • Serve and enjoy this light, creamy dessert!

Notes

  • You can substitute the heavy cream with whipped coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
  • Feel free to use any type of yogurt, such as Greek yogurt for a thicker texture.

  • This dessert is best served chilled and can be made a day ahead for convenience.
