Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups fresh spinach

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
