- 1 lb Jimmy Dean Italian Pork Sausage
- 4 cups vegetable broth (32oz container)
- 2 (15oz) cans Italian diced tomatoes
- 1 (8oz) block cream cheese (cubed)
- 1 (20oz) bag frozen cheese tortellini (or refrigerated)
- 3+ cups fresh spinach
Instructions
- Brown the Sausage: In a medium pan, brown the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
- Combine Ingredients in Slow Cooker: Add the sausage, vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, and cubed cream cheese into your slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cook: Cook on LOW for 4 hours or until the cream cheese melts completely.
- Add Tortellini and Spinach: Stir in the tortellini and fresh spinach.
- Finish Cooking: Cook on LOW for another 30 minutes, or until the tortellini is tender.
