Description

This Creamy Noodles Romanoff is a decadent, comforting dish with a rich, creamy texture, bursting with savory flavors from Parmesan, garlic, and a touch of nutmeg. It’s perfect for a cozy family dinner or when you’re craving something indulgent. The easy-to-make recipe features a blend of sour cream, butter, and cream cheese, baked to golden perfection


Ingredients

  1. 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti works great!)

  2. 4 oz cream cheese (softened)

  3. 2 tbsp butter

  4. 16 oz sour cream

  5. 1 tsp black pepper

  6. ½ tsp salt

  7. ½ tsp garlic powder

  8. ¼ tsp nutmeg

  9. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  10. ¼ tsp paprika (for that perfect touch of flavor!)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8 baking dish.

  • Cook your pasta according to package instructions, then drain and return it to the pot.

  • Add the cream cheese and butter to the pasta, stirring until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is creamy.

  • Mix in the sour cream, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, nutmeg, and half of the grated Parmesan. Stir until well combined.

  • Pour the creamy pasta mixture into the greased baking dish.

  • Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and sprinkle the paprika over the top.

  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • You can use any type of pasta, but fettuccine or spaghetti works best.
