Ingredients

Scale

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup gochujang
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Stir in gochujang and heavy cream. Simmer gently while stirring, until sauce is smooth and heated through.
  4. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately while hot.

Notes

  • Use linguine, spaghetti, or even rigatoni—any pasta shape works beautifully.
  • For extra protein, add cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu.
  • Add a splash of pasta water to thin the sauce if needed.
  • Not too spicy? Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of chili oil.
