Scale
- 12 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets, steamed or blanched
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Tortellini: Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- Add Tortellini: Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss everything together, making sure the tortellini is well coated with the creamy sauce.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
