- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken skin-side down until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the skillet.
- Sauté garlic and mushrooms for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in thyme, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Bring to a simmer, then add Parmesan cheese.

- Stir in gnocchi and let them cook in the sauce for about 3 minutes.
