Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets, cut into pieces
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season salmon pieces with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy. Remove and set aside.

  4. Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, then place the salmon pieces on top.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy!
