- 2 salmon fillets, cut into pieces
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season salmon pieces with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, parmesan, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, then place the salmon pieces on top.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy!

- Feel free to adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your desired spice level.
