- 12 oz rotini pasta
 - 1 cup chicken broth
 - 1 ½ cups heavy cream
 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
For the Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 2 tbsp butter
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
For Garnish (optional):
- Fresh parsley, chopped
 
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. - 
Prepare the Pasta and Sauce:
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
 - In a saucepan, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
 - Add the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese to the saucepan. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
 - In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
 - Add chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink in the center (about 6-7 minutes per side).
 - Slice the cooked chicken into strips.
