  1. For the Pasta & Sauce:

    • 12 oz rotini pasta
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    For the Chicken:

    • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    For Garnish (optional):

    1. Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Prepare the Pasta and Sauce:

    • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
    • In a saucepan, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
    • Add the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese to the saucepan. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Cook the Chicken:

    • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
    • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
    • Add chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink in the center (about 6-7 minutes per side).
    • Slice the cooked chicken into strips.

    • Add the cooked rotini pasta to the creamy Parmesan sauce. Stir to combine.
    • Add the sliced chicken to the pasta and sauce mixture. Stir gently to coat the chicken.
