  1. 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  2. 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  3. 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  4. 1 cup sour cream
  5. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  6. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  7. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  9. Salt and pepper to taste
  10. 1 cup breadcrumbs
  11. 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the chicken and spinach mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Transfer to baking dish: Pour the chicken and spinach mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.
