			- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
 - 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
 - 1 cup cream of chicken soup
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Prepare the chicken and spinach mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
 - Transfer to baking dish: Pour the chicken and spinach mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.
 - Prepare the breadcrumb topping: In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and stir until the breadcrumbs are well coated.
 - Assemble: Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the chicken and spinach layer in the baking dish.
 - Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and the top is golden brown.
