Description

Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls are a cozy, indulgent meal featuring creamy Alfredo chicken served inside crispy, toasted bread bowls for a perfect blend of comfort and flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 large bread bowls (or small round loaves of bread)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the tops off the bread bowls and hollow them out, leaving about a 1-inch border.
  2. Place the empty bread bowls on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes until slightly crispy.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sauce thickens and the cheese melts, about 5–7 minutes.
  5. Add the diced chicken to the sauce and stir to coat. Let it simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
  6. Spoon the creamy chicken Alfredo mixture into the toasted bread bowls, filling each generously.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
