Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 pound ground beef
  2. 1 onion, chopped
  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  5. 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  6. 1/2 cup milk
  7. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  8. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  9. 1/2 pound bowtie pasta
  10. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
  • Sauté vegetables: Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Combine ingredients: Add diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, oregano, and black pepper to the skillet. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Cook pasta: Add bowtie pasta to the skillet and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Stir in cheese: Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and bubbly.
  • Serve: Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, top with additional Parmesan cheese or fresh basil.
  • You can substitute the bowtie pasta with another shape like rotini or penne if preferred.
  • Add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition and color.
