- 1/2 pound bowtie pasta

Instructions
- Brown ground beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Sauté vegetables: Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Combine ingredients: Add diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, oregano, and black pepper to the skillet. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cook pasta: Add bowtie pasta to the skillet and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in cheese: Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and bubbly.
