Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
  3. 1 tbsp olive oil
  4. 1 small onion, diced
  5. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  6. 1 cup beef broth
  7. 1 cup heavy cream
  8. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  9. ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  10. 1 tsp paprika
  11. Salt & pepper, to taste
  12. Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Make the Sauce: Stir in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Pour in heavy cream, cheddar, Parmesan, and paprika. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  • Combine: Add cooked pasta to the beef and sauce. Stir until the pasta is coated in the creamy mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute the ground beef with ground turkey for a lighter version.
  • For extra creaminess, add more heavy cream or cheese.
  • Feel free to use any pasta shape you like!
