1 tsp garlic
1 tsp Italian Seasoning For the Crab Filling:
1 lb lump crab meat, fully cooked
¼ tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½+ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
½ sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray two muffin tins with nonstick spray.
In a bowl, combine the crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise, and crushed Ritz crackers. Stir until well combined, adding a little more mayonnaise if needed for moisture.
Dust your hands with flour, then scoop some of the biscuit dough and shape it into a cup-like form.
Place a scoop of the crab mixture into the middle of the biscuit dough.
Cover the crab mixture with a bit more biscuit dough.
Place each stuffed biscuit into a muffin tin.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Brush with melted butter and 1 tsp of lemon juice before serving.
Notes
You can use fresh or canned crab meat, but make sure it’s fully cooked.
For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of cayenne or hot sauce to the crab mixture for some heat.
These biscuits are best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven if needed.
