- 1 large salmon fillet (butterflied)
- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 lb lump crab meat
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
- Optional: whole shrimp for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Butterfly the salmon fillet and stuff the center with the seafood mixture.
- Top with extra whole shrimp if desired.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the stuffing is hot.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
Notes
- Butterflying the salmon helps to create a pocket for the stuffing.
