Ingredients

  • 1 large salmon fillet (butterflied)
  • 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 lb lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
  • Optional: whole shrimp for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Butterfly the salmon fillet and stuff the center with the seafood mixture.
  4. Top with extra whole shrimp if desired.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the stuffing is hot.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.

Notes

  • Butterflying the salmon helps to create a pocket for the stuffing.
  • Use fresh or thawed cooked shrimp for best flavor.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste, especially salt and paprika.
