    • 4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened

    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

    • 2 green onions, finely chopped

    • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or any seafood seasoning)

    • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

    • Salt & pepper to taste

    1. Chopped parsley

    2. Paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, crab meat, green onions, seasoning, shredded cheese, and a pinch of salt & pepper.

  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.

  • Place about 1 tablespoon of crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle, then roll up like a crescent roll.

  • Place on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • Optional: Sprinkle with chopped parsley or paprika before serving.

Notes

  • Add a touch of lemon zest or a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor.

  • Serve with a side of garlic aioli or cocktail sauce for dipping.
