Description

Crab Alfredo-Stuffed Garlic Bread Boats are an indulgent and flavorful dish that combines creamy crab alfredo with buttery garlic bread for a satisfying meal or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 4 large garlic bread loaves
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons veg oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat veg oil or butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Fold in the cooked crab meat and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Slice the garlic bread loaves in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the insides.
  6. Fill each garlic bread half with the crab alfredo mixture.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
