  8. 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  9. 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with a little oil or cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the rolled oats, baking powder, and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix everything together until combined.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries and nuts if you’re using them. Be careful not to mash the blueberries.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
