700 g potatoes, peeled and chopped into 3cm cubes

340 g tinned corned beef, cut into 1cm cubes

1 onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp sunflower oil

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or Henderson’s Relish)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the Potatoes:
Boil chopped potatoes until tender, then drain well. -
Sauté the Onion:
Heat sunflower oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes until softened. -
Add the Corned Beef & Seasonings:
Add the boiled potatoes, corned beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Increase heat to high and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are crispy. -
