Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 2 minutes.
- Add the thawed Cool Whip and beat on medium speed until fully combined.
- Use the frosting immediately to top cakes or cupcakes.
- If storing, transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. Any leftover cake or cupcakes should be stored in the refrigerator due to the frosting.
