Description

Cookies Made From Brownie Mix are an easy, quick treat with soft, rich centers and crispy edges, packed with chocolatey goodness!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix (1819 oz)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional for extra gooeyness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour until a thick dough forms.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
  6. Let cool on the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

  • If you prefer extra gooey cookies, add chocolate chips for that extra dose of richness.
  • Be sure not to overbake—these cookies are best when the centers are soft!
  • For a chewy texture, do not flatten the dough balls before baking.
