Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box brownie mix (18–19 oz)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional for extra gooeyness)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour until a thick dough forms.
- Stir in chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Let cool on the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- If you prefer extra gooey cookies, add chocolate chips for that extra dose of richness.
- Be sure not to overbake—these cookies are best when the centers are soft!
- For a chewy texture, do not flatten the dough balls before baking.
