Ingredients

1 box (18 oz) brownie mix

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour.

Add the eggs and vegetable oil, stirring until well combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips if using.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
