This Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza made with crescent rolls is the perfect dessert for any occasion. With a warm, buttery crust and a sweet cinnamon topping, it’s a crowd-pleaser. The easy-to-make icing takes it to the next level!

Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  2. 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  3. 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  4. 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  5. 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  6. 1 tbsp milk (for icing)
  7. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for icing)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.
  • Roll Out the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it onto the prepared baking sheet to form a large rectangle or circle. Pinch the seams together to create a smooth crust.
  • Add the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping: Brush the melted butter evenly over the crescent roll dough. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle the mixture generously over the buttered dough.
  • Bake the Pizza: Bake the cinnamon-sugar pizza for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  • Make the Icing: While the pizza is baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • Drizzle and Serve: Once the pizza is out of the oven, drizzle the icing over the top in zigzag patterns or swirl designs. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense cinnamon flavor, you can increase the cinnamon to 1 ½ tsp.
  • If you prefer, you can also add chopped nuts or fruit for an extra twist.
