Ingredients

  2. ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  3. ½ teaspoon powdered ground ginger
  4. 1 tablespoon mild tasting honey

Instructions

  • Stovetop Method: Place milk in a small saucepan and heat on low until hot but not boiling. Stir in the cinnamon, ginger, and honey until well mixed. Sip slowly to soothe your throat.
  • Microwave Method: Place all ingredients in a microwave-safe cup and microwave on high for 1 to 1 ½ minutes (microwave times may vary), or until hot. Stir and sip to relieve your sore throat.
