Description

    2 large eggs
    ¼ cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 tablespoons butter
    Powdered sugar (optional, for serving)
    Maple syrup or icing from cinnamon rolls (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  • Open cinnamon rolls and set icing aside. Cut each roll into bite-sized pieces.

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until combined.

  • Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture, coating all sides.

  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the bites in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.

  • Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
