Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 pounds frozen fries
  • 1 package ground beef
  • 1 tub Cacique® Southwestern Queso Dip
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Cook frozen fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. Spread cooked fries on a serving platter.
  4. Top fries with cooked ground beef and warm queso dip.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use seasoned fries or curly fries for extra flavor.
  • Add pickled jalapeños or fresh diced tomatoes for a spicy kick and freshness.
  • Substitute chorizo or taco-seasoned ground beef for extra depth of flavor.
  • To warm the queso, microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  • Best served fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in an oven or air fryer.
