  • 4 Tbsp butter (½ stick), at room temperature
  • 46 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp chili crunch
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

The Rest of the Garlic Bread

  • 1 baguette
  • 34 cups Italian cheese blend
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix together the butter, minced garlic, chili crunch, and garlic powder until smooth and combined.
  2. Prepare the bread: Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Spread the chili crunch garlic butter evenly across both cut sides.
  3. Top with cheese: Generously sprinkle the Italian cheese blend over the buttered surfaces of the bread.
  4. Bake: Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling. For an extra crispy top, broil for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with chopped parsley and basil. Slice and serve while warm and melty.

Notes

  • Use store-bought or homemade chili crunch depending on your heat preference.
