- 4 Tbsp butter (½ stick), at room temperature
- 4–6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp chili crunch
- 2 tsp garlic powder
The Rest of the Garlic Bread
- 1 baguette
- 3–4 cups Italian cheese blend
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix together the butter, minced garlic, chili crunch, and garlic powder until smooth and combined.
- Prepare the bread: Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Spread the chili crunch garlic butter evenly across both cut sides.
- Top with cheese: Generously sprinkle the Italian cheese blend over the buttered surfaces of the bread.
- Bake: Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling. For an extra crispy top, broil for 1–2 minutes.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with chopped parsley and basil. Slice and serve while warm and melty.
