Ingredients
- Small tortillas
- Cooked chicken breast, diced
- Cooked corn kernels
- Sautéed or roasted cabbage or onions

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Return to oven and bake for 5–6 minutes, until the cheese melts and bubbles.
- Remove from oven and spoon generous dollops of guacamole on top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro before serving.
