- 1 lb chicken tenders, cut into cubes (about 5–6 tenders)
- 4 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp ginger & garlic paste
- 1 to 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1–2 tsp chili powder (or cayenne)
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Optional: ¼ tsp orange food color
- ½ cup plain yogurt (for sauce)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cayenne or red chili powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 cup fresh cilantro/coriander leaves
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1–2 green chilis (serrano preferred)
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup yogurt
- 2–4 tbsp water, as needed
- Parathas, for wrapping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, ginger & garlic paste, salt, cumin, coriander, chili powder, chaat masala, garam masala, turmeric, and optional food color. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Cook the chicken on a grill, pan, or oven until fully cooked and slightly charred. Set aside.
- For the yogurt mayo sauce, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cayenne, and paprika until smooth.
- To make green chutney, blend cilantro, mint, cumin seeds, green chilis, garlic, salt, yogurt, and water until smooth. Adjust water for desired consistency.
- Warm the parathas and spread a layer of yogurt mayo sauce followed by green chutney.
- Add chicken tikka cubes over the sauces, roll the paratha tightly, and serve immediately.

- Marinate the chicken overnight for deeper flavor.
- Use store-bought or homemade parathas.
- Add sliced onions or shredded lettuce for extra crunch.
- Wrap in parchment paper for an on-the-go snack or lunch.
