This creamy and cheesy Chicken Crescent Casserole is the ultimate comfort food! With juicy chicken breasts, a creamy soup sauce, and warm, flaky crescent rolls, it’s the perfect dinner for busy nights.
Ingredients

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup milk

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons butter, melted

½ teaspoon garlic powder

⅓ cup onion, finely chopped

2 cooked, cubed chicken breasts

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a saucepan, heat cream of chicken soup, ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese, and milk over medium heat until cheese melts. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, chopped onion, cubed chicken, salt, and pepper.

Spoon some of the soup mixture into the prepared baking dish to coat the bottom.

Place a small amount of the chicken mixture into each crescent roll, roll them up, and arrange them in the baking dish.

Pour the remaining soup mixture over the rolled-up crescent rolls, and top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
