- 1 can sliced olives (optional)
- 1–1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1–1 1/2 cups cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 bottle (16 oz) Caesar dressing
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the chopped chicken, Romaine lettuce, red onion, croutons, sliced olives (if using), Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon.
- Add the Caesar dressing and pepper, mixing everything well until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
