			- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
 - 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
 - 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, cook the chicken until browned on both sides. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before shredding.
 - In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, cherry tomatoes, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
 - Transfer the bruschetta mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
 - Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - Garnish with additional fresh basil leaves and serve hot. Enjoy!

- You can add more balsamic vinegar if you prefer a tangier flavor.
 - If you prefer, you can use grilled chicken for added flavor.
