Description

  2. 300g sweet corn (1 can)
  3. 960ml chicken broth (4 cups)
  4. 150g onion, diced
  5. 6g garlic, minced (2 cloves)
  6. 130g carrots, diced (1 cup)
  7. 130g celery, diced (1 cup)
  8. 6g salt (1 teaspoon)
  9. 1.5g pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
  10. 15g soy sauce (optional, 1 tablespoon)
  11. 20g green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery, and sauté until the vegetables are soft.
  • Stir in the cooked chicken and sweet corn.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and add salt, pepper, and soy sauce if using.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

  • You can adjust the flavor with more or less soy sauce depending on your preference.
