Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 can cream of chicken soup

  2. 1 box container chicken broth

  3. 2 chicken breasts

  4. Frozen veggies (your choice)

  5. 1/2 medium diced onion

  6. Garlic powder, to taste

  7. Onion powder, to taste

  8. 2 tsp butter (not margarine)

  9. 1 roll original Grands biscuits (rolled into quarter-size pieces)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Slow Cooker: Add the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth into the slow cooker.

  • Add the Chicken: Place the two chicken breasts into the slow cooker.

  • Add Vegetables: Pour in the frozen veggies and the diced onion.

  • Season the Mixture: Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to taste.

  • Add Butter: Drop in 2 teaspoons of butter for extra richness.

  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

  • Add Biscuits: About 1 hour before serving, roll the Grands biscuits into quarter-sized pieces and add them to the slow cooker.

  • Serve and Enjoy: Stir gently to incorporate the biscuits, and enjoy this comforting dish!

Notes

  • If you prefer a thicker broth, you can add a little cornstarch or flour mixed with water toward the end of cooking.

  • Feel free to use any vegetables you like, such as peas, carrots, or corn.

  • You can also shred the chicken breasts after cooking for a more shredded texture in the dish.
