- Bring the mixture to a simmer, cooking for 5 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Add the diced cooked chicken, frozen peas, and drained pimentos. Stir to combine.
- Simmer for an additional 3 minutes, until everything is heated through. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
